yes, this 9-week teleclass can give you the tools to create
systems that support you in accomplishing your goals, and building
structures that will support you. Each
week will be devoted to the following topics: 1)
Situation assessment Analyze
what is and isn't working in your present systems. This will give
you clues to your work style, and where to devote your attention. 2)
Clear and optimize your office Paper
and space management can make a huge difference in a day. Studies
show that people spend on average 55 minutes a day looking for
stuff. during this session, we'll review the principles of space
organizing, and start to plan your own solutions. 3)
Corral all those papers! This
class is the continuation of the last one, but this time focusing
on papers. You will learn your paper management style, the tools
you need, and get an action plan in place to make your files
systems that serve you rather than slow you down. 4)
(Re-) discover your goals In
the hustle of daily life, it is easy to lose sight of the goals
and dreams we have. This session will reconnect you with yours,
and help you create a plan of action to make them happen. 5)
Clear and clarify your day This
session will show you how to create a backbone to your week, make
sure that nothing falls through the cracks and that you work
towards your goals every day. 6)
Streamline your routines There
are many things we do just because we've always done them this
way. Examining all your habits can unlock efficiencies in the most
unexpected places. We will therefore look how we can change our
habits and routines to make them serve us better. 7)
Delegate! Get help! There
are so many things we do ourselves that could be done more
effectively and more profitably (for us) by someone else! In this
session, we will examine some of the options you have to get help,
and what to get help for. 8)
Manage stress Even
for the most effective of us, there are stressful moments. This
session will examine how to deal with those, and how to make sure
that stress levels never increase beyond your healthy level. 9)
Make sure that the systems stay in place In
this final session, we'll see how to make sure that the tools and
support systems you have built stay active over the long
term. Start
